NASDEX, the premiere decentralized exchange for tokenized equity, has successfully completed the fund raising for their strategic round. The round was raised in a difficult market environment with significant uncertainty and volatility given the large market correction in crypto post May. Nonetheless, $1.1 million was quickly raised, and the round ultimately ended up multiple times oversubscribed. Interest levels in NASDEX continued to increase as the crypto market recovered in August along with investor’s willingness to further invest in the project. But the strategic round allocations for NASDEX was already finalized and the new potential investors were directed to focus on the next public IDO round.
The new funding will help accelerate the ongoing development process at NASDEX and will quicken several key development milestones. At the same time, the funding is sufficient so that the team has the long term runway and support to create the best product through iterations in the future. The goal of NASDEX is to create the best decentralized exchange for tokenized equity. That dream will soon turn into reality given the funding and support from the VC investors.
