C2X will be developed as a universal blockchain gaming platform to establish a fair and transparent ecosystem by clearly specifying the sovereignty of creators and users. C2X will be developed as a blockchain-based gaming platform with the purpose of establishing an ecosystem of virtuous cycles where both users and creators, as participating parties, are privileged.
Prepare for the IEO on FTX
Take a moment to familiarize yourself with C2X.
In order to bid during the IEO, make sure you read the rules below and do the following beforehand:
- Register your FTX account with the ref code: whitelistalert and submit submit KYC level 2. Due to a large inflow of new sign ups, it’s not guaranteed that your KYC will be approved before the IEO. Please be advised to submit KYC as soon as possible and get approved to be eligible for the IEO.
- Note that you must have at least 150 FTT staked on FTX to participate in the IEO, and that you get more tickets if you stake more.
- Set an alarm in advance: the IEO starts at 3/18/2022, 8:00:00 PM
- Prepare funds to bid: at least 479 USD(T), and at most 503 USD(T) and 5 FTT per ticket
- Stake FTT to lock in your ticket allotment 24 hours before the IEO
There is no guarantee of your right to participate in the IEO or to receive any allocation.
Participate in the IEO
0) Create your FTX account with the code: whitelistalert and complete level 2 KYC
1) Create your IEO subaccount
This will create a special subaccount called C2X-IEO, which you will fund and use to participate in the IEO
2) Fund your subaccount
You will use these funds to submit bids.
3) Place your bid
Use the Bid for CTX form below to submit your bid. Note that bids can only be placed between 3/18/2022, 8:00:00 PM and 3/18/2022, 9:00:00 PM.
You will only be able to submit bids if you completed level 2 KYC at least 24 hours earlier: 3/17/2022, 8:00:00 PM. US residents and residents of any restricted jurisdiction are not allowed to participate.
4) Await the results
There are 2,000 accepted tickets (so 13,400,000 CTX tokens total). At 9:00:00 PM we’ll raffle off the allocations. They will go to the highest bidders; in the event that there are 2,000 tickets each bidding $0.075 per CTX + 5 FTT, we’ll allocate randomly between them.
Within a few hours of determining the allocations, the trades will print to the winning buyers’ subaccounts, and you will be able to transfer (non-CTX) funds out of the C2X-IEO subaccount.
- If you do not win your funds will be returned
- If you bid FTT but would have won the auction without it, the FTT will be returned
- All FTT paid will be burned
5) Use your CTX
Any CTX purchased will be unlocked when CTX lists on FTX, subject to the FTX Terms of Service and the Token Terms.
Bid for CTX
Rules
Each bid ticket, if filled, will result in a trade: you pay your bid price and receive 6,700 CTX. You can enter the number of tickets you would like to submit. Each ticket is an additional entry for another 6,700 CTX tokens; multiple could theoretically be filled.

Example: If you bid for 3 tickets at a price of $0.075 plus 5 FTT, then you may end up buying up to 20,100 CTX total; each filled ticket would grant you 6,700 CTX and would cost $0.075 per CTX plus 0 to 5 FTT, for a total of $502.500 and up to 5 FTT. You could be filled on anywhere between none and all of the tickets.
There are 2,000 winning buying tickets (so 13,400,000 CTX tokens total). At 9:00:00 PM we’ll raffle off the allocations. They will go to the highest bidders; in the event that there are 2,000 tickets each bidding $0.075 per CTX + 5 FTT, we’ll allocate randomly between them.
Bids are prioritized in USD(T) price, FTT order: a (0.0715 USD, 5FTT) bid will be filled before a (0.0715, 0 FTT) bid and after a (0.075 USD, 0 FTT) bid.
Your number of tickets
You can participate if you have at least 150 FTT staked on FTX as of 24 hours before the IEO start. You will get more tickets if you stake more FTT:
- 150 FTT staked: 1 tickets
- 290 FTT staked: 2 tickets
- 420 FTT staked: 3 tickets
- 540 FTT staked: 4 tickets
- 650 FTT staked: 5 tickets
- 750 FTT staked: 6 tickets

Your maximum number of tickets gets locked in based on data up until 24h before the IEO. We will indicate on this page what numbers are final a few hours after that.

- All participants agree to abide by the FTX Terms of Service and the Token Terms.
- Any participants found violating the FTX Terms of Service or Token Terms will be disqualified.
- FTX reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this IEO without prior notice.
- Multiple entrants from a single trader is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
- US residents or residents of any restricted jurisdiction are strictly prohibited.
- Reselling purchased CTX to a resident of the US or any restricted jurisdiction is strictly prohibited.
