IDO Details

Art Wallet’s 1ART Token will launch on Scalesap via both a public and private pool. The total raise is $100,000 USD, of which $70,000 USD in allocation will be placed in the private pool (open to users based on ScaleSCORE ranking), and the remaining $30,000 in allocation will be placed in the public pool.

Only whitelisted users who have successfully completed KYC are permitted to take part in the IDO (this applies to both public and private pools).

Whitelisting & KYC Event is Live 

• Whitelist start date: October 18 at 12 pm UTC
• Whitelist end date: October 24 at 12 pm UTC

Please make sure that you submit the correct participation wallet during Whitelisting AND KYC (Metamask is strongly preferred)! You will not be able to participate with any wallet address other than this one!

Please note that the KYC process has changed and you will not need to wait for an email to proceed. The KYC link is provided directly in the Gleam form during the whitelisting process.

We will run a whitelisting campaign and KYC in parallel, so please make sure you follow the KYC link provided during the Gleam whitelisting process and complete your KYC as soon as possible.

Tip: We highly recommend interacting with Fractal (our KYC provider) using a Fractal account connected to an email rather than phone number.

For the public pool, participants will need to complete a series of tasks to gain entries into the lottery. Simply complete as many of the tasks listed as possible. The more tasks you complete, the more entries you will receive.

The KYC link is included within the Gleam form. Please complete KYC along with the tasks.

Final invitations to participate in the public pool will be sent via email to those who were chosen in the lottery and also successfully completed KYC.

Private Pool (ScaleSCORE based) Instructions:

For the private pool, you will only need to enter your email and the wallet address that contains your SCA tokens and ScaleSCORE. Is it critical that you submit the wallet address that contains your SCA tokens (the one connected to https://app.scaleswap.io/) in both the whitelisting form and ALSO during the KYC process.

Entering the wrong wallet, two different wallets, or an empty wallet that does not contain SCA/ScaleSCORE will result in losing your opportunity to participate in the private pool.

Please note that the KYC process has changed and you will not need to wait for an email to proceed. The KYC link is provided directly in the Gleam form during the whitelisting process.

More About the Private Pool

Final invitations to participate in the private pool will be sent via email to those who successfully whitelisted and passed KYC.

Private Pool guaranteed participation is based on ranking according to your ScaleSCORE. For the Art Wallet private pool, the top 280 ScaleSCORE holders will be able to participate in the first 15 minutes. The list of these addresses will be released at least 1 hour prior to the IDO start time.

However, please note that some top ScaleSCORE holders may not participate or invest the max amount. Therefore, the actual number can easily expand beyond the first 200 and open up to many more.

If the private pool is not filled in the first 15 minutes by the top 280 ScaleSCORE holders (who also must have passed whitelisting and KYC), the next 50 highest ranked addresses will be whitelisted for the next 15 minute window. This procedure will repeat every 15 minutes until the pool is filled.

Private Pool Whitelist Tier System Summary:

1. Volume of Private Pool / max allocation = max number of guaranteed participants
2. Number of guaranteed participants is decided based on ScaleSCORE ranking.
3. We offer a 15 minute window for guaranteed participation.
4. After the 15 minute window expires, we start to whitelist the next top 50 ScaleSCORE holders until the pool is filled.
